Methods & drying time

Can a carpet be dry again in 15–20 minutes?

Encapsulation cleaning uses very little water and helps keep carpeted spaces available during the working day.

Crystal Cleaner encapsulation cleaning method

Many cleaning companies and facility owners associate carpet cleaning with long drying times and closed-off areas. Encapsulation works differently: dirt is bound into a crystallising cleaning agent and vacuumed away after the surface has dried, typically within 15–20 minutes.

The method uses less than 0.2 dl of water per square metre. The low moisture level means surfaces can usually be used again quickly, without soaking the carpet. Actual drying time depends on the carpet and the conditions on site.

Encapsulation is a gentle maintenance method that supports carpet care over time. For dirtier surfaces, combine it with Dry Dynamite ECO carpet cleaning powder. For particularly sensitive carpets, the powder method can be used without adding water; always follow the product instructions and the carpet manufacturer's guidance.

Carpet Cleaner Nordic supplies machines, chemistry and method knowledge to cleaning companies, facility owners and municipalities across the Nordics and Baltics.
